CUSTOM ORDERING:

Everything we do at Souldier is completely custom. We handmake every order to your specifications. If you have a question about your custom order or would like help ordering, please use the contact form to the left and select "General Inquiry". Since your orders are completely custom made to order from start to finish, usually there is a waiting list of a couple weeks that can increase during busy holiday times. Changes in color options can be difficult to do, so be sure your order is how you want it before placing your custom order to avoid alteration fees. As an environmentally friendly company, we use recycled seatbelt and salvaged vinyl and leather that can vary in color shade within the same color family and can be slightly darker or lighter than on the strap builder. Also, coloring may vary from monitor to monitor and depend upon your devices brightness settings, for more precise viewing of the custom configurator, use color calibration software. Once complete, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped, you can refer to the map below for estimated domestic shipping times after it ships. Cancellations of custom orders in progress or shipped will be assessed a fee as it is handmade just for you.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Due to our waiting list this holiday season, you may want to purchase a Gift Certificate as a gift so you do not have to wait and let that special someone enjoy designing and building their own custom strap on line from our millions of combinations to fit their own personal style.

Warning: Most guitar manufacturers state in their owner manuals not to leave a strap or any material or substance in contact with the guitar when not in use as the right conditions of humidity, temperature and length of contact can affect your guitar's finish (especially vinyl substances) . Although rare in occurrence and usually happening with older guitars and nitrocellulose finishes, it doesn't make a difference what company makes the strap, any of the materials could harm the finish if left in contact with the instrument over a prolonged length of time. Vinyl is also not as strong as leather and can rip under the weight of instruments and playing styles. Our double thick leather ends are guaranteed and can be replaced if stretched out over time, you'll just need to pay for shipping.
 



SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Souldier ships packages worldwide from our offices on a daily basis. Domestic orders and international orders are shipped using the Best Way, which is usually FedEx sometimes in combination with U.S. Mail depending on on apartment, suites, and distance from a shipping hub airport. Please contact us via the contact form if you have any specific shipping needs and we will do our best to accomodate you. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES - The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Souldier has no control over these charges, nor can Souldier predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
 



EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you are unhappy with your custom order Souldier is happy to offer a product exchange. Since all orders are custom made (and some of those orders request some crazy color combinations) full refunds are considered on a case by case basis and must be authorized. Some items with uncommon custom options and sizing may be subject to a stocking fee on a case by case basis.

All exchanges must be in the original condition that you received them in.
Custom items cannot be exchanged for a lesser priced item.
• If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back if sending notice
within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Please include your invoice with the exchange.
• All exchanges/returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
